Acapella Spatial is a spatial vocal looper for Apple Vision Pro. Sing, hum, whisper or chant, and each phrase becomes a looping voice you can place around you in space.
In Simple and Play, tap “record a phrase”, then “finish recording”. Pinching and holding the white ribbon also works in every view. Hands-free listening is optional and available in the full studio. If you denied microphone access, enable it for Acapella in Settings, then return to the app and choose retry. You can explore the bundled demo without singing.
In the studio, turn off hands-free listening and in-air performance, then use the recording button or hold the white ribbon. Going back to a simpler view turns these live recording options off. Start at a low playback volume so the microphone does not pick up loud loops.
Drag a ribbon and hold for a moment — a bin appears below it. Drop the ribbon on the bin. If you change your mind, the undo button in the main window brings it back.
In the studio, choose “clear room…” and confirm. The room stays open, and Undo brings your loops back. “start over” is also available under the live ribbon after three loops. Use Scenes to save a named copy first. Saved scenes can be reopened from any level of the main window.
Choose “open studio”, then enable “in-air performance” for untargeted left-pinch recording, right-pinch pitch changes, and two-hand volume or reverb. Enable “live granular audio” separately to shape live microphone audio with your right hand. Both options start off; opening more controls does not enable them. Turn live granular audio off to silence that layer.
Acapella Spatial plays sound through your headset. Layered loops, effects and the demo can become loud, and spatial audio can feel closer than it is. The app cannot prevent excessive playback volume or determine what is safe for your ears.
You are responsible for your own listening volume. Start low, keep your headset volume moderate, and take breaks. Stop immediately if you experience discomfort, ringing, or pain. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer accepts no liability for hearing damage, discomfort, or any other harm arising from listening volume or from the audio the app produces.
